In-person collection

In-person collection in Brussels (Saint-Gilles) is preferred. A time and place are agreed together after order confirmation.

Shipping within Belgium

Orders shipped within Belgium are sent via Bpost. Rates are calculated based on object size:

Small parcel (max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm): €9.50
Medium parcel (max. 70 x 50 x 40 cm): €14.00
Large parcel (max. 120 x 80 x 60 cm): €25.00
Oversized or furniture: rate on request, contact us at hello@coucougermaine.com

Shipping within Europe

Orders shipped to Europe are sent via Bpost, DPD or Mondial Relay depending on destination and object size:

Small parcel (max. 40 x 30 x 20 cm): €15.00
Medium parcel (max. 70 x 50 x 40 cm): €24.00
Large parcel (max. 120 x 80 x 60 cm): €38.00

Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Within Belgium, allow 1 to 3 business days. Within Europe, allow 3 to 7 business days depending on destination.

Packaging

Each object is carefully packaged. Fragile items receive reinforced packaging. Coucou Germaine cannot be held liable for damage occurring during transport once the object has been handed to the carrier.
