Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us in writing at hello@coucougermaine.com within this period, stating your order number. We will then provide you with the return procedure to follow.

Return conditions

The object must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without excessive use after receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by you. In the event of excessive use, a depreciation compensation may be deducted from the refund.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned object, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Nature of vintage objects

Objects sold by Coucou Germaine are vintage pieces with a history. Traces of use, marks of time and imperfections are part of their story and are explicitly mentioned in each product description. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of the object and do not constitute a hidden defect in the legal sense.

Reporting a problem

If the object received presents visible damage related to transport, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@coucougermaine.com with supporting photographs. This case is distinct from the right of withdrawal and will be handled separately.
